GMP Genpak, located in Huntley, Illinois, has been manufacturing custom spools from chipboard and hardboard, since 1970. Among other product solutions, the company manufactures the patented Easy Reel™ system; North America's most widely used spool suspension system for wire and cable products of all kinds. The acquisition of GMP Genpak allows Badger Plug to expand its spool line to serve all light- to medium-weight spooling applications.
